Free Printable Magic Booksmarks

With Halloween approaching and all the buzz about the new Harry Potter television series, I was inspired to create these meowgical bookmarks.

The free printable bookmarks feature a cute wizard cat in his robes and magical hat with the words “Reading is Mewogical.” The pdf file contains a full color version of the bookmarks as well as a black and white version. The orange wizard tabby cat was created in Procreate at 300 dpi. I used brushes from the Procreate library as well as brushes from Lisa Glanz’s The Nitty Gritty Brushbox Texture set.

You can download the printable bookmarks here. Be sure to head over to the Parents and Teachers tab for more free printables. In the coming weeks, I’ll be uploading Halloween themed printables as well as a printable October calendar. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram to see when new content is added to the site.

Thanks for stoppy by. Stay meowgical!

Mark Your Place and Your Due Date With These Free Printable Bookmarks!

If your students are checking out books, they soon will be! That means they will soon be expected to return a book for the first time in the 2025-26 school year. There was nothing I disliked more than the tedium of running overdue slips and placing them in teachers’ boxes in hopes that books would be returned.

That is why this set of free printable bookmarks includes a bookmark with the option to write down the library book due date for students.

Axolotl from Capybara and Axolotl: Best Frenemies Forever! is reminding you to return your book.
