Free Printable Color Your Own Hallween Bookmarks

Halloween is just six weeks away! I’ve already observed one house in our neighborhood starting to put out the Halloween decorations. It will be a few weeks before I start that chaotic activity, but living in Texas during the holidays has certainly been an experience. Last year, a neighbor down the street cooked barbeque and hired a mariachi band for Halloween trick-or-treating. It was a joy to sit on our porch, passing out candy, while listening to the music.

In preparation for the Halloween festivities, I have created these six printable color your own Halloween bookmarks. They are free to use for classroom and personal use.

It is best to print these Halloween bookmarks on white cardstock, but you can print them on lighter color purple, green, and orange cardstock if you want to stick with Halloween colors. Coloring these bookmarks is a great activity for students who finish their work early, but honestly, you can color them just for fun. Don’t forget that these are great to give away to students during checkout time in the library to prevent them from dog earing book pages.
